“Les Pieds dans l’Eau” (“feet in the water”) is a small family company, situated in a beautiful valley with several natural water sources.
In 2003 we became owners of a trout farm with restaurant and fishpond. From 2010 on, we decided to work smaller as a family business and we started a small-scale rainbow trout farm, 2 gites, a chambre d’hôte, 2 renovated trailers and an art association. Mainly in the summer we sell our trout’s (fresh or smoked) on summer “farm” markets.
We arrange picnics. When there is enough enthusiasm, we cook a local dinner with vegetables from our garden, trout from our pond and meat from our farmer friends.
