Trout farm

On a small scale we breed our own rainbow trout. Every summer we sell them at farmer markets where we grill them and serve them with home grown vegetables.

We also specialize in warm and cold smoked salmon trout.

Our goal is to raise the fish in their own habitat with pure water and natural oxygen.
